CoralCrest Consulting is led by Founder Lauren Greenidge, a seasoned executive with a proven track record of operational leadership, transformation execution, and finance excellence.

Founder
Lauren Greenidge, CPA, is the founder and Managing Director of CoralCrest Consulting. She has spent her career inside the finance functions of specialty insurers and reinsurers, not advising from the sidelines, but closing the books, answering the regulator, and carrying implementations through go-live.

Her work spans treasury management system implementations, SWIFT and ISO 20022 connectivity, BMA regulatory reporting (BSCR, EBS, Schedule II through XXI), investment accounting and operations, investment admin system implementations, and finance transformation for Bermuda-market carriers. She has led UAT design, data migration, integration architecture, and the governance that holds a programme together when vendors, IT, and auditors are pulling in different directions.

Before founding CoralCrest, Lauren held senior finance and treasury roles in the (re)insurance sector, which is why her advice tends to be unusually practical: she has sat on the client side of every engagement she now delivers.

She works with a curated network of specialists and takes on a small number of clients at a time, deliberately.
